Spagetti Carbonara and Cheese & Chives Dipping

4.25AM

*Note: 7 more days to EXAMS!!!*

Yes it is 4.25AM and I'm still awake. Intended to sleep almost 2 hours ago but my mind wandered and couldn't make my passage to dreamland. Got up and decided to get some ITPM information into my head instead. LOL Stupid ol' Hanz is in uni studying. Can't believe people actually camp in uni to study. How can that be compared to the comfort of studying at yr own home? But you'll have to take away all the temptations, such as TV, VCDs, Games, Computer, Bed, Kitchen, Fridge, Birds chipping outside your room, Disturbing housemates, the internet, bags of potato chips in the cupboard, por.....*AHEM* and stuff liddat. But how can that be compared to the boring ol' walls of the lab in the university?!?! Don't understand these ppl. Looks like Hanz learned his lesson since he's been complaining so much. Don't worry mate, your house is just 1 hour away from Uni, walking distance that is. Its not like you've not done it before, right? LOL. OMG now I'm wasting my time crapping and not studying. As usual.

Anyway made some spagetti just now as said in my previous post. This is actually a simple meal and there's nothing special about it. So keep the comments to yourself. *Sarcastic look* Ok. Here's the process.

First you prepare the ingredient for your spagetti. Its actually up to you. It can be ham, minced pork, sausages, mushrooms, onions, capsicum (green pepper), garlic, butter, kitchen utensils, cook bo...nah... the spagetti sauce, and stuff like that.

Then fry everything there is to fry. Ham, mushrooms, minced pork, sausages, onions, capsicum and beef if you haf em. Gerby don't eat beef, so...

Then Heat the pan up. You can either use oil or butter. In this case we used butter. Fry the garlic (its optional) and then...

Pour in the Sauce. Here the sauce. Leggo's Carbonara Pasta Sauce.

Then once you think its hot, add all the fried ingredient. Mix.

Add the boiled spagetti as well. Mix.

VoiLa!

Ready to be served...

How did it go? I actually think it's abit salty. Maybe all those ham and sausage and minced pork added to the saltiness. And there was too much onion. Gerby says the carbonara sauce ain't strong enough. Hmmm...

Here's the chef. ME!

The associate chef, Gerby...

And the 2nd Chef in command. NgaiYung. Erm..he's actually sleeping at that moment, so the a snap of the area outside his room will do. Can't really go in and snap his sleeping photo. He'll trash me out.

There. Hhahahaha stupid Hanz just made a funny statement of the discussion we had. Quote" 15 minutes gone (oh maybe they're busy).. 30 mins.. (cmon guys)... an hour (sob sob).... 3 hours... (try to cut himself)" Hhahahahaha. Good one Hanz. Hmm you sound so pitiful in Uni at the moment. Unable to surf 'things', nothing to see, can't concentrate, hungry and tired. And since I can't show you the webcam because of the stupid firewall in the uni's network, the pictures below are dedicated to you. This was something that I just had a couple of minutes ago.

This is the Cheese & Chives dipping by Coppercot Dip.
