DodgeBall

2030

Watched Dodgeball today with NgaiYung and Gerby. One word, Hillarious. Ben Stiller was just funny acting as a dumb kid with no proper education. Many of his quotes will be imitated by me in the near future. Btw when Vince Vaughn blind folded himself to evade the dodgeball, its like those moments of a kungfu movie, you know, those cool evasive acts. A typical Ben Stiller movie. Couldn't believe a game adapted in PE classes can become an international supersport as proclaimed in the movie. LOL. *My Mistake*. Well there is actually an International of Dodge-Ball Federation. Yep, you can actually find it in Google. What's it about? Go look for yourself. Type in Dodge Ball in Google and it will be listed at the top. Caught a glimpse of other movies that is about to be screened, such as SharkTales, Collateral and Hero. OMG, Hero has been out for like years in Malaysia and they are only screening it now. Can't imagine their voices being dubbed in English. Its gonna be so funny. SharkTales looks good, although its only an animation, but there are quite a number of actors in it. To name a few will be Will Smith, Renee Zellweger, Angelina Jolie, Robert De Niro...

Earlier before, went to this MAS airline office get my return flight to KL done with. Hopefully can journey back home during december (rite ppl?), but before that have to settle all my stuff here, such as what to study next year and selling our so-called furnitures off.

Okay, Gerby is done with the cooking...Dinner time!

Btw, photos will be uploaded in the future for better viewing, cause I've not reinstalled my nokia software since I've formatted my laptop. Hopefully I do not procrastinate further and this blog will be swamped with pictures. Damn I really had to stress myself out in getting to know how to upload photos into Blogspot since they do not provide image uploads. But finally got it settled by using one of their softwares, Hello Image Publishing (whatever). Looks like I have to seriously investigate before actually complaining huh.

Re-Introduction

7pm

Me, known to blog for some time back, (well...for a short period of time within the likes of www.xanga.com/dtremy) has returned once again to this so called automated online journal, depicting various happenings during the course of my stay in Brisbane. I should've restarted this infamous 'blog' of mine during the first semester days of my life here, where ultimately boredom overwhelms me all the way. First semester is gone...days where countless hours spent facing the four walls of my room, well...my house were long gone. Although I still experience the periodic activity of enclosing myself within my four walls, those days are on the verge minimisation. I'm somehow preoccupied with ongoing events in this semesters. Friends, coursemates, bypassers (well...not much), studies, social activities that are happening within Brisbane, are now giving me a promising outlook of my future in the third largest city within Australia. Although it can't be compared to the ever extravagant Sydney, in which i undeniably enjoyed during my winter stay at Kien's place, still each city portrays their own beauty, and is solely dependent on how an individual perspective sees it. My feelings for this place increased over the days i've spent during these months. Probably my adaptability is settling and i'm already able to cope with the not so demanding lifestyle of the capital of Queensland (an occasional night out to the pubs and clubs won't hurt). The only deficiency right now is the ability to travel around on my personal four wheels, yes, a car. Hopefully that will be sorted out over the months of my continous stay in this city. Studies too have contributed to the increasing amount of leisure time in me, comparing to the fact that I don't suffer from as many exams and assignments to my coursemates and those within my social circle. Movies and online games have filled me with satisfaction over the allocation of my 'free' time, due to the fact of the lack of 'happenings' within the city, and most importantly, no transportation. I've been here for 6 and 1/2 months and yet my knowledge & adventures of this city remains unexplored. A fact that has been lamented for a few months now since the return from Sydney. But of recent times, that limited area of knowledge has been expanded thanks to a friend who have been bringing us around the city and exploring certain areas for food, the most important aspect of life, well, my life. I live to eat, not eat to live.

Enough babbling about myself in Brisbane and the revamp of my new blog. Why have I indulged myself in blog'ing again? Well Kien's would definitely say that I imitate him from his own blogsite. Well, I can't deny the fact that it has contributed to the revival of this blog, (acknowledging this fact while images of Kien's awful grin and sarcasm floats within my mind) I've also been eager to restart this blog for some time already, but procrastination and delegation of 'other' works, post-poned this revival. Now, it has finally happened. I can start journaling activities that fills me with all expressions during my stay in Brisbane. There will be two formats of this blog, proper English, and the language that I've been conversing since god knows when, Manglish, a complete mixture of cantonese, mandarin, malay and broken English (well as long as it is understandable). As I've said since I started writting a blog almost 2 years ago, this may yet be another '3 minute satisfaction' that grows within me. I may not know how long will this blog last, but hopefully this blog would be more interesting and attractive that the previous version. Thats it, thank you for yr attention.
