*Note this post may be a little bit sexually offensive and rather sensitive, but it's general knowledge for both Man and Woman. If you are really that innocent and does not wish to be exposed to such information...then its too bad. For those who are simply curious? Dig in...LOL*
Received alota comments on my wig earlier today. Really gave me a good laugh. Anyway just came back from China Town buying groceries. Another hot day. Bought ingredients to cook pasta tonight. Carbonara sauce, sausages, ham, spagetti, and a whole lot of sh..*AHEM* other stuff. Then webcam'ed with
Jenn. Oh she's a lil bit chubby already (LOL Ah Fer...) She told me something funny. But then again. Its not really funny but the way she put it, was hilarious. She kept asking bout it so i decided to conduct a research on it. So here's the case. Her friend woke up one night and couldnt sleep again. She asked him what happened. He was embarrased at first but finally blurted out. Apparently he woke up with the sticky'ness feeling from his erm..manhood. He's excuse was Girls/Female/Women have their period every month. Guys/Boys/Male/Men on the other hand, who are not sexually active actually experiences uncontrolled ejaculation from their manhood during sleep. So does that happen? I told her it happens to Guys/Boys/Male/Men who reaches
puberty and experience changes in hormones. Then she said he is actually 25. Okay. Maybe he doesn't go through the self-satisfaction process a.k.a.
masturbation and is really sexually inactive. So I decided to search for information on this topic. Sexology. (Read the story at
Jenn's blog)
First I typed Premature Ejaculation in the ever 'powderful'
Google. A whole lot of information on premature ejaculation came up. For those who are really interested in this field can check this site out
here! It tells you everything you need to know on correcting the premature ejaculation Guys/Boys/Male/Men experiences. Also includes enhancement for those who wishes to improve on their performance. For those who really have no idea what I'm talking about (erm..), go have a read at it
here. It is an interesting site that adds humour into their advices. I'm not going to go into detail about that because that's not the main purpose. For those eager to know, read it yourself. Don't be shy, c'mon.
Then I decided to search for another keyword. Wet Dreams came into mind. VIOLA! Exactly the information I wanted. I actually thought wet dreams is just dreaming of something sexual during sleep. Then I realised its actually a term. Nocturnal Emissions. Here's the definition. "A 'wet dream' is the uncontrolled ejaculation of semen from the penis during sleep." What causes 'wet dream'? "Wet dreams are caused by sexual excitement from dreams, and or by physical stimulation like rubbing against blankets, the bed, or a full bladder. It is very normal!" (*laughs* stimulation from blankets? hahahahha) Okay 'wet dreams' actually happen to Guys/Boys/Male/Men who reaches puberty and experience changes in hormones. What is puberty? Puberty is the period of time when children begin to mature biologically, psychologically, socially and cognitively. Wanna know more information about it? Read it
here! So what does 'wet dreams' actually mean? 'Wet Dreams' are a normal part of many changing things in the human body during puberty. Not all boys experience that but that is okay, it doesn't mean there is anything wrong with you. If do you experience it, it just means that your body is maturing sexually, a step towards adulthood. Wet dreams can be reduced by becoming more sexually active or by masturbation. I'll get to that later. However you may still experience 'wet dreams' after all those activities mentioned, that just means that you have a higher sexual requirements. Thats all.
Now on to masturbation. What is masturbation? Masturbation can be defined as self-stimulation to cause sexual sensations. The use of the word masturbation usually suggests that the person is manipulating his or her genitals to the point of intense pleasure or orgasm. What is orgasm? sigh...Orgasm is period of intense excitement in which genital muscles enter in to a series of highly-pleasurable contractions or movements. In Layman's term, its the 'High' feeling you achieve after sexual pleasure. Geez... Masturbation can actually involve another person, but most of us think of it as a private act. Most surveys suggest that approximately 94% of teenage males "admitted" that they masturbated and about 70% of teen females "admitted" to this also. Of course, the subject of masturbation was taboo years before the United States was created. All kinds of chastity belts and other devices were used to prevent masturbation, probably as far back in history as you can go. This will vary from culture to culture. There's even a teaching in masturbation. Yes. In the 1970's and 1980's, a woman named Betty Dodson, Ph.D., achieved much fame in her approach to masturbation. She actually held classes for women to teach them how to masturbate. She thought that in order for women to overcome certain degrees of repression that she believed were instilled by the church, women needed to learn how to "celebrate" their bodies. (OMG). Anyway there are actually masturbation myths, that actually prevents ppl from doing so. Here they are.
"Masturbation isn't "real sex" and only losers masturbate."
Just not true. According to some sexuality experts people who masturbate tend to function better sexually when with a partner since they know their own body and have fulfilled sexual expression.
If you masturbate you will go blind or bald or get acne or hair on your hands -- or lots of other anomalies. None of these have any basis in truth.
People in relationships or married don't masturbate.
Wrong again. (Many couples masturbate mutually).
"Masturbation will stunt your growth"
Nice try, but wrong again.
“If you masturbate you'll never be able to have children”
This is just not true, who started this myth? If that was true none of us would be on this planet.

From the myths, there are also benefits from masturbation. Yes. It is exactly what I typed. Benefits.
Yes. Masturbation can help relieve stress and:
-Relieve menstrual cramps
-Help for insomnia (i.e. when a person is having trouble falling asleep)
(Ring any bell?)
-Stimulate the immune system to help build up resistance to common infections.
-Release mood elevating hormones
-Reduce embarrassing spontaneous erections for teen males
-Reduce the number of unwanted wet dreams for young men

There is actually a whole lot of information for both Girls/Female/Women and Guys/Boys/Male/Men. More on
Male Orgasm and
Female Orgasm can be found. There is a
FAQ provided by this website for answers on masturbation. Other more private stuff for Girls/Female/Women? Go read about it yourself in their website.
